YOUR WEBSITE + GOOGLE PRESENCE + COMPETITORS, MANAGED
See why customers may choose a competitor.
Then close the gap.
Hometown Demand compares your business with the competitors beside you, finds the gaps that can cost visibility and inquiries, and stays responsible for the next step. We verify the finding, recommend an action, complete the approved work included in your plan, check the result, and keep watching. You get a managed team without learning the technology or supervising it—and spend about 5–10 minutes a month on the decisions that truly need you.

WHAT HOMETOWN DEMAND IS
A managed growth service.
Not more software for you to learn.
We find and manage the problems between a customer searching for your business and successfully contacting it. Your Operating Lead explains what is happening, routes the work to the right specialist, and brings you only the decisions that truly need you. Quality Control and Risk Oversight review important work behind the scenes.
When you need more: your Operating Lead checks whether the work is already included. If it is not, you receive a relevant, optional scope and fair price before any work begins or charge is made.
HOW IT WORKS
We watch. We work.
You approve only when needed.
Your typical monthly check-in. Some weeks, nothing needs you.

Small gaps can cost a customer
before you know they exist.
A wrong Google listing, an unanswered review, a broken contact form, or an unclear page can lose a customer before you know there was a problem. We find those gaps, fix what your plan covers, and show you what changed.
YOUR BUSINESS · YOUR DATA · YOUR CONTROL
We work in your systems.
We do not take them from you.
Your data, accounts, and website content remain yours. You give us only the access needed for the work you approved—and you can revoke it.
Read the full data and security policyYour data stays yours.
We do not claim ownership of client data or use it for unrelated advertising. Hometown Demand keeps ownership of its pre-existing software, methods, templates, and operating system.
The narrowest access that works.
We use delegated roles or approved connections where available—not emailed passwords. Access is limited by job, documented, and removed when it is no longer needed.
You are not trapped.
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of covered information. At the end of service, access is removed and controlled copies are returned or deleted, subject to legal, transaction, dispute, security, and backup requirements.
SECURITY BASELINE Data minimization · least-privilege access · protected credentials · encrypted connections · restricted operator access · activity records · retention limits · incident response

WHY CORE IS $499
You are not buying an AI login.
You are buying a managed watch-and-fix team.
The value is recurring inspection, approved execution, quality control, and a clear record of what happened—not another tool for you to learn or supervise.

- Everything in Core
- Up to three compatible Growth modules
- One dashboard and decision queue across all modules
- Weekly operating review
- Coordinated capacity within the purchased scope
A larger bottleneck may require a separately designed dashboard, CRM workflow, integration, or internal tool. Technical assessments start at $1,500; qualified implementations start at $5,000 and ongoing management starts at $1,250/month. Multi-team CRM work, regulated or sensitive systems, and consequential automations are quoted separately and require appropriate architecture, agreements, permissions, failure controls, and specialist review.

MODULE 01LEAD RESPONSEFIT REVIEW
Lead Response
The problemInquiries arrive while you are busy, and the ones that wait can go cold.
What we doMonitor a compatible connected inbox, separate real inquiries from noise, prepare replies, track follow-up, and flag decisions.
DONE MEANS Every connected inquiry has an owner, recorded status, next step, or documented exception.MODULE 02REACTIVATIONFIT + CONSENT REVIEW
Customer Reactivation
The problemPast customers who may hire you again have simply stopped hearing from you.
What we doPrepare a bounded campaign only from an approved list and verified consent rules, with suppression and stop controls set first.
DONE MEANS The approved list is processed, opt-outs are honored, replies are routed, and the complete count is recorded.MODULE 03CONTENTFIT REVIEW
Content Engine
The problemYour services, offers, and best answers never make it onto the pages customers check.
What we doTurn verified services and priorities into channel-ready drafts, checking every factual claim against approved information.
DONE MEANS The agreed content is approved, published on schedule, checked live, and entered into measurement.MODULE 04CONVERSIONFIT REVIEW
Conversion Workflow
The problemCustomers reach your site and do not contact you, but nobody knows where the path breaks.
What we doMap forms, calls, follow-up, and handoffs, then improve one agreed step with backups, staged changes, testing, and a tested rollback.
DONE MEANS The approved path is live, retested, independently checked, reversible, and measured against a valid baseline.MODULE 05CUSTOMER RESPONSEFIT + KNOWLEDGE REVIEW
Customer Response
The problemThe same questions arrive at every hour, and visitors who cannot get an answer may leave.
What we doAnswer only from a knowledge base you approve, route genuine opportunities, and escalate anything unsupported or sensitive.
DONE MEANS Approved questions are answered, opportunities are routed, unresolved topics are owned, and unsafe answers are blocked.DEDICATED ADD-ONCOMPETITIVE WATCHCORE + WATCHDOG
Competitive Watch
The problemYou often hear what a competitor changed weeks late, usually from a customer.
What we doCheck three named competitors weekly, verify meaningful changes, suppress noise, prepare the response, and keep each material case owned through decision, execution, verification, and measurement.
DONE MEANS Every material case is deliberately ignored, kept under watch, or completed with evidence—never merely reported and abandoned.ADVANCEDCRM PIPELINEFIT REVIEW

FIT, LIMITS, AND PRICING CONFIRMED BEFORE ACTIVATIONFLAGSHIP ADD-ON TO CORE · COMPETITIVE WATCH
We do not just spot the move.
We own the response path.
Competitive Watch checks approved public sources for changes most likely to affect a customer’s decision: services, offers, important pages, review patterns, positioning, and visible search movement. Every material case keeps one owner and one next action until it is deliberately ignored, kept under watch, or completed and measured.
If action is warranted, we prepare the original response. Covered work moves through Core capacity; larger work receives an exact written scope and price before anything begins. After execution, we verify the live result and continue monitoring.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Questions business owners
usually ask.
01 Is this full-service SEO?
No. Core includes the essential local presence, reputation, conversion, and reporting work. Hometown Demand is an operating company, not an SEO package; additional agents can support lead response, customer reactivation, content, and custom workflows under separate written scopes.
02 What will I have to do?
The workflow is designed around one short setup to confirm facts and access, followed by a roughly 5–10-minute monthly check-in. You approve sensitive or public-facing changes; routine production and reporting stay with us.
03 What will I see each month?
A client dashboard shows completed work, system health, open issues, anything waiting for approval, and what comes next. You can also download a plain-language monthly report.
04 Do you need our password?
No. We request Manager or least-privilege access wherever the platform supports it.
05 Are results guaranteed?
No. We document completed work and observable changes without guaranteeing rankings, leads, calls, or revenue.
06 Why would we move beyond Core?
Core manages the local-growth foundation. Competitive Watch is a dedicated Core add-on for businesses that want a weekly, action-oriented view of three named competitors. Growth is appropriate when one additional operating problem passes a fit review—lead response, customer reactivation, customer answers, content production, or conversion workflow. Scale coordinates up to three compatible Growth modules. A larger operational problem may require a paid technical assessment and separately scoped Custom System.
07 Can you connect to any software?
No. Every connection depends on the software, available access, data sensitivity, security requirements, and technical feasibility. We confirm those conditions before promising, activating, or pricing an integration.
08 Can we cancel?
Yes. Core renews monthly. Cancel through your client workspace or by written email any time before your next scheduled billing date. No phone call, reason, or minimum advance-day notice is required. Your current paid period continues, and the next cycle is not charged when the request arrives before its billing date.
09 Will you work with the competitors you monitor for us?
Not for the same Competitive Watch service while they remain on your active protected watchlist in the agreed primary market. The named list, service, market, list-change rules, and 30-day cooling period are confirmed in writing. This focused protection is not blanket geographic exclusivity.
10 Who owns our data and accounts?
You do. Your business data, customer information, accounts, website content, and source materials remain yours. We receive only the limited permission needed to perform the approved scope. Hometown Demand retains its own pre-existing software, methods, templates, prompts, and operating system; ownership or licensing of any custom deliverable is stated in the written service agreement.
