WEBSITE PRIVACY
Plain-language privacy information.
Current website configuration: the audit-request form stores the information you submit so Hometown Demand can evaluate and respond to your request. The public site does not currently use an analytics service or accept payment-card information.
Information the audit form collects
The form collects your first and last name, business name, business website, primary service area, and reply email. A request reference, workflow status, and submission time are also recorded. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes, payment-card details, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use this information to review the business’s public customer journey, evaluate service fit, prepare an assessment, answer related questions, prevent duplicate requests, and maintain an operating record. We do not sell audit-request information.
Storage and service providers
The website and operating database are handled by service providers that host and secure this site. Access to operating records is restricted to authorized Hometown Demand operations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and choices
Prospect request records are generally retained for up to 12 months unless they become part of an active client relationship, must be kept for a legitimate business or legal reason, or you request deletion sooner. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your request information by emailing the address below. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary to document a transaction or resolve a dispute.
What the readiness worksheet does
The readiness worksheet creates a JSON file locally in your browser. The website does not transmit or store that worksheet on a server.
If you email us
Information you send to justin@hometowndemand.com is processed through the company mailbox so we can answer your request and evaluate fit. Do not email passwords, recovery codes, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.
Changes to this website
This information will be updated as account access, online payments, analytics, or materially different data practices are activated. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to the email address above.
